Our specialists are not attorneys, cannot provide legal advice, and cannot represent clients in court. The services we provide are restricted by various state laws. We simply provide document preparation, loan verification, and advocacy services permitted under individual state laws.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using our website or services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every loan and every state's laws are different. We do not guarantee any particular result. Past results do not predict future outcomes. We promise honest effort, clear communication, and our best work — not specific results.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We verify and dispute loans based on what you tell us and what we obtain from your lenders. Incorrect or incomplete information can affect what we can do for you.

Payment and Fees

The initial loan verification is free. If you decide to move forward, all fees will be disclosed and agreed to in writing before any non-free work begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Chance Advocate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
